WHAT IS INCLUDED :
Oakfield provide licences on behalf of Stilog I.S.T.
All contractual arrangements are made directly with them for licences.
This includes server space, installation, maintenance and technical support. They also provide development, upgrades and bug fixes.
For cloud users, a daily data backup is taken and can be accessed and re-installed upon request.
ON-PREMISE CLIENTS

As an on-premise client, you are responsible for providing server space, the installation, upkeep, backup and support for this installation.
If you have a maintenance contract, them Stilog will provide upgrades, bug fixes and technical support.
You are responsible for installation, data backups, implementing upgrades and bug fixes.
